Architect, urban planner, essayist, adjunct professor of architectural and urban design.
Born in Udine (1956), he studied in Venice at the IUAV University Institute of Architecture where during his training he met great masters such as Manfredo Tafuri, Gino Valle, Vittorio Gregotti, with whom he collaborated in the Milan studio from 1984 to 1993.
There he worked as leading project manager for several great architectural projects such as the Centro Cultural de Belém in Lisbon and large urban studies as the urban design of the Masterplan of Turin, Livorno, Arezzo.
He has lived and worked  in Italy and various European countries, such as  Portugal (Lisbon, 1989-1991) and  Germany (Hamburg, 1993-1997), both countries with which he has maintained a close cultural and professional exchange. He teaches Architectural and Urban Design as Adjunct Professor (Turin Polytechnic 2003-2005, Iuav University of Venice 2004-2020) and regularly participates in international seminars, workshops, conferences in many Italian and European cities and Universities (Milan, Florence, Naples, Parma, Palermo, Rome, London, Jourmala Bremen, Munich, Hannover, Dortmund). Recently he gave a lecture at the Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU) in Suzhou (China) sharing the results of research and projects. Member of the Advisory Council for Architectural Culture and Landscape of the Autonomous Province of Bolzano. (2012-2018)
